Meet Ange, Our Green-Thumbed Gal

A bit about Ange Constable...

I bide my time growing food for the Port Douglas restaurants and residents, I love people and contributing to my community. My micro-green sunflower ranch, 'Eats Shoots and Leaves', is in the Mowbray Valley just outside of Port Douglas. It’s a stunning place at any time of the day, and predominately run and worked by women. I love growing food, 'cause it’s fun, it’s creative, it’s a valuable commodity, you do it outside, you get peace of mind, you never go hungry, and sharing your surplus is a gratifying basic human experience, to connect, to nurture, to share. Beautiful life eh...
