OUR PHILOSOPHY IS TREE TO CUP

We work in harmony with our magnificent rainforest surrounds. All our fruit is organically grown, our trees are irrigated naturally by tropical rainfall and our ice cream is made on site using the finest local ingredients. Nature has provided us with the sweetness we need in the fresh, exotic fruit from our Tropical Fruit Orchard. This means there’s no need for syrups, packet mixes or artificial sweeteners. We reduce, reuse and recycle at every opportunity to minimise our impact on the surrounding World Heritage Listed Daintree Rainforest.
