TPDD's Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 23rd October 2024, and we are calling for nominations for positions on the Board of Directors.
1. 2024 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The 2024 Annual General Meeting of Port Douglas Daintree Tourism Ltd, trading as Tourism Port Douglas Daintree, will be held on Wednesday 23rd October 2024. A formal notice of the meeting together with further information as required by Corporations Law will be emailed to members.
2. NOMINATIONS FOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Nominations are invited from eligible 2024/25 financial members of Tourism Port Douglas Daintree for the following board positions; - General Director, all TPDD financial members can nominate/and or vote for the position of General Director.
- General Director, all TPDD financial members can nominate/and or vote for the position of General Director.
- Port Douglas Zone Director, all TPDD financial members from the Port Douglas Zone can nominate/and or vote for this position.
NOTE: The nominee must be a TPDD silver level or higher member. The nominee, proposer and seconder must all be current financial members with no arrears owing, unless payment terms have been agreed. Nominations for zonal directors require the nominee, proposer and seconder to be residents of the nominated zone.

Appointed Directors whose terms will expire - Cam Charlton – Appointed Director
